Permit Pricing
Annual permit price for each lot:
Lot 2: $103
Lot 3: $155
Lot 4: $129
Lot 5: $103
Lot 6: $99
Lot 7: $155
Lot 9: $75
Permits are valid from September 1st – August 31st of each year. Permits purchased after November 1st will be discounted based on the remaining time that they are valid.

You can now buy permits online via credit or debit card. After paying online, your permits will be mailed to you within three business days.
About Our Parking Program
The Bemidji Downtown Alliance manages the parking program under agreement with the City of Bemidji. Our objective to this program is to move employee parking off the streets to make room for customers!
There is limited parking space for all of the employees, tenants, customers, and visitors of downtown Bemidji. We strive to distribute a very limited number of permits fairly and equitably to all.
Permits are reserved for businesses and organizations in August and BDA members receive priority consideration in parking lot selection during the reservation period. To become a member, click here. All unsold permits are available to the general public.
In order to distribute available permits as fairly as possible, some lots limit how many permits we will sell to a single business. In addition, some lots in high demand and may sell out early in the year.
